Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Production Time
All items are custom made to order. Production takes 2-5 business days before your order ships.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3-7 business days within the US. Total time from order to delivery is typically 5-12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or weather.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all US orders.
Tracking
You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or email us.
Multiple Items
Items in the same order may be produced in different locations and may arrive in separate packages, at different times. You will receive tracking for each package.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Once an order is in production, the address cannot be changed.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Not applicable for US orders.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email us at artvage@artvage.com with your order number and we will help resolve it. See our Returns & Exchanges Policy for details.
