Netvora LLC (“Netvora”) respects your privacy and your right to have your data deleted. This page explains how to request deletion of data related to you and how to remove our access to your accounts.
What data we may hold
Netvora uses internal tools connected to its own Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram business accounts. We do not collect personal data about other users of those platforms through these tools. If you have contacted us (for example by email), we may hold your email address and the content of your message.
How to request deletion
Send an email to artvage@artvage.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your name and the email address you used to contact us
- A short description of the data you want deleted
We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion within 30 days, unless we are required by law to keep certain information. We will email you when it is done.
Removing our access to your accounts
If you connected an account to Netvora’s tools, you can revoke access at any time:
- Pinterest: open your account settings and remove Netvora Etsy Pin Publisher from your connected or authorized apps.
- Facebook and Instagram: open your account settings, go to Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) and remove Netvora.
When access is revoked, we delete the related authorization tokens from our systems.
